Preservation : Make sure that you use an appropriate leather cleansing liquid with a soft piece of cloth to clean the surface of the shoes because leather does not tolerate water.

Warranties : All products of "Một" has a refundable policy within 30 days from the date when the shoes are delivered. There are some the following conditions are met:

• Unworn shoes (sole is brand new)
• Shoes are intact, no damage
• Bag and shoe box are new, undamaged and unused

Bảo hành : Mọi sản phẩm của Một đều được hưởng chính sách đổi – trả trong vòng 30 ngày kể từ ngày giày được giao đi, khi thỏa các điều kiện sau: 

• giày chưa mang (đế giày còn mới nguyên)

• giày còn nguyên vẹn không hư hỏng

• túi và hộp giày còn mới nguyên, không hư hỏng và chưa qua sử dụng
